Description
The National Digital Library of India (NDLI) Workshop 2017 was jointly organized by IIT (BHU) Varanasi and IIT Kharagpur with the objective of promoting awareness and effective utilization of the National Digital Library of India platform among students, researchers, faculty members, and library professionals. The workshop served as an important initiative to familiarize participants with the vision, features, and academic resources available through NDLI, a national-level digital repository developed to support learning and research across disciplines.
The workshop included expert sessions, demonstrations, and interactive discussions on digital learning resources, e-content accessibility, information retrieval techniques, and the integration of digital libraries into academic and research environments. Resource persons from IIT Kharagpur and IIT (BHU) highlighted the significance of digital knowledge platforms in enhancing education, research productivity, and equitable access to information.
